When you book your trip, we will correspond by text, e-mail, and phone to provide you the opportunity to discuss your itinerary and food preferences (A Provisioning Sheet Page like the one on the tab labeled "Menus" will be sent to you by e-mail). PayPal Invoices are sent via e-mail and can be paid by credit card, or Check/Cashier's Checks/Money Orders can mailed to:
